“Clean, staff friendly. ”

“Walking into the condo was like walking into 1981. Seriously outdated decor. A lot of dust on furniture and lamps. Hard floors left your white socks dirty. There were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The staff were very nice folks though. Our Air was off when we checked in, but they came to fix it right away. The biggest I complaint I have was after we checked out. I inadvertently left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the bedroom and it somehow magically disappeared. I called the...

“We could not understand any of the staff as they did not speak very good English. Our room was filthy. And we had bed bugs.”

“Super clean hotel. We went to holiday world and stayed 2 night due to the price but it is about a 30 min drive give or take 5min. The pool was nothing to write home about. The staff was excellent. They cleaned our room after one night without asking (we've have 5 kids so the trash gets full fast and a lot of crumbs.) The continental breakfast was excellent and changed daily. “It was very nice and very wonderful experience. Only thing is wish they would have better breakfast but other then that we had an amazing enjoyable time there. Definitely recommend visiting. Especially if you’re going to holiday world. Very close to the park and just very nice atmosphere.”

“The room was poorly stocked for a group of 4 people. The tv was hard to access. To use the free Wi-Fi you had to watch a sales video and the Wi-Fi was not secure. The breakfast cereal was stale.”

“We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along.”
